Requests for Quotations
The Port Nicholson Packaging Website provides a unique service called E-Quote.
E-Quote allows you to request a quotation while you are browsing through the website.
Once you have completed selecting the items for pricing this message is forwarded electronically to Port Nicholson packaging where we are able to:
- verify all pricing is correct
- confirm availability, and
- provide a firm price for freight
Once you have received this confirmation you are then able to decide whether to proceed with the order or you can make further amendments as required.
‘Made to order’ requests
Simply send an email to sales@pnp.co.nz or call us direct on 04 568-5018 and we can discuss your requirements in person.
Credit Applications
Business accounts may be setup for approved purchasers – Government organizations, companies, institutions and regular customers. Terms are strictly – payment by the 20th day in the month following purchase. To request an Credit Application Form simply send an email to sales@pnp.co.nz or call us direct on 04 568-5018.
Payment
For account holders payment is required by either cheque or Direct Credit
For non-account holders payment is required either by cheque or Direct Credit either when the goods are collected or prior to the goods being dispatched.

We advise the customer to test the material required to ensure the suitability for the intended application.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error in pricing information, Port Nicholson Packaging shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
