Archival & Storage

During the past fifteen years Port Nicholson Packaging has continually developed its expertise in the manufacture of archival enclosures of international quality, sourcing acid free / buffered cardboard from the UK and Australia.

We have developed special relationships with a number of International Suppliers of archival products, enabling us to offer synthetic enclosures made from Polypropylene and Mylar.

Being based in Wellington enables us to work closely with The National Library of New Zealand, Te Papa and Archives New Zealand to develop and manufacture “made to order” packaging. Customising these enclosures ensures that they are correctly specified for the product being stored and that they optimise the storage space being used.

This knowledge is also available to all museums, libraries, conservators and private collectors within New Zealand – simply contact us and we can discuss your requirements.

Would you like to be added to the “Project Tag” contact list? This allows you to tag a small order onto a large order to save you money.
