Project TagProject TAG has been developed in co-operation with major national institutions within New Zealand to assist smaller institutions in purchasing high quality storage materials for archives at wholesale prices. From time to time Port Nicholson Packaging has fielded enquires from Libraries and Museums throughout New Zealand requesting quotes for a range of archival storage products. However as the quantities requested were usually small, the unit cost per item often became prohibitively high. Project TAG will allow smaller institutions to order small quantities of products by tagging their order to a large existing order, enabling them to enjoy the same pricing which result through the economies of the large order.
1. Port Nicholson Packaging receives a significant order for Archival Storage Products. For example: Case Folders, Photographic Boxes, Journal boxes 2. Port Nicholson Packaging forwards details by email of the order to all other parties who have registered to participate in Project TAG. This communication will include a full description of the products, order deadlines and prices. Where possible a colour picture will be provided so the product can be clearly visualised. 3. On receipt of this communication the interested party will be given an opportunity (approx 10 days) to order by return email/fax and TAG their smaller order to the existing order. (Please note- all orders will require a Purchase Order and an acknowledgement that the purchaser accepts payment terms- 20th of month following invoice). 4. Once the order is manufactured the products are dispatched to all those customers who placed orders.
